Team News

Tottenham
Bournemouth
  • Dejan Kulusevski is suspended after receiving his fifth booking of the season in the 4-2 loss at Brighton and joins Yves Bissouma on the naughty step.
  • Ange Postecoglou is still without eight players through injury, so he may make just one change to the XI that started at the AMEX with Giovani Lo Celso taking Kulusevski's place.
  • Oliver Skipp is expected to overcome a knock to feature in some capacity, while Alejo Veliz will hope his goal off the bench against Brighton sees the young Argentine play a part once more.
  • Milos Kerkez, Lewis Cook, Darren Randolph and Hamed Traore will hope to return in time for the FA Cup next week.
  • Emiliano Marcondes, Ryan Fredericks, Lloyd Kelly and Tyler Adams are still a little way off from a return, however.
  • Andoni Iraola may go with the same XI that started the 3-0 win over Fulham last time out.

Prediction

  • Tottenham's three-game winning run ended at Brighton on Thursday night, though despite a 4-2 loss; Spurs still had a number of chances to actually win the game. They'll look to earn a third successive home win at Bournemouth's expense on Sunday.
  • That will prove easier said than done, however. The Cherries are the Premier League's form team and they extended their unbeaten run to seven matches at Fulham's expense on Boxing Day.
  • Bournemouth won this game 3-2 last season. Given the hosts' absentees, a repeat is possible.
