Team News

Fatih Karagumruk
Kasimpasa
  • Rayyan Baniya, who wasn't expected to start against Kasimpasa, is sidelined with an injury.
  • Kerim Frei and Fabio Borini have both returned to training, but lack match fitness so they are unlikely to start here.
  • Sakib Aytac, who wasn't expected to start against Karagumruk, is injured.
  • Rayane Aabid and Michal Travnik is expected to start in midfield as both Haris Hajradinovic and Valentin Eysseric are suspended.

Prediction

  • Karagumruk were beaten 2-0 by Galatasaray last time out. They did create some chances, mostly through individual skill, but were unable to beat Muslera, who put in an amazing performance. Over-relying on the gifted players in attack means Karagumruk are one of the most inconsistent sides in the league. However, recently they've been very strong at the back when playing at home, so we can expect Demirel's side to keep Kasimpasa's chances to a minimum.
  • Kasimpasa recorded a 2-1 win over Gaziantep last time out. They should have scored more as they created quite a few clear-cut chances, but were too wasteful. Under Ugurlu, they've been playing impressive attacking football, however they will be without two key creative midfielders in Hajradinovic and Eyyseric. We can expect to see a more subdued performance from Kasimpasa here.
