Team News

Everton
Nottingham Forest
  • Dele Alli and Lewis Dobbin will remain absent for the hosts, while Jarrad Branthwaite, Nathan Patterson and Seamus Coleman all picked up injuries against Chelsea on Monday evening.
  • Sean Dyche will hope to have Dominic Calvert-Lewin fit here.
  • The visitors will remain without Taiwo Awoniyi and Willy-Arnaud Boly, while Anthony Elanga has emerged as a doubt.

Prediction

  • After a precious victory over Burnley last weekend, Everton were demolished at Stamford Bridge on Monday night, as Chelsea ran out 6-0 winners.
  • The Toffees now head into this huge clash just a point ahead of their opponents, with a game in hand.
  • Forest, meanwhile, played out a draw with Wolves at the City Ground last weekend, and have moved a point clear of danger after Luton's defeat.
  • Everton were 1-0 winners in the reverse fixture between these sides at the beginning of December, and would certainly welcome a similar outcome here.

  • Definitely one and arguably two penalties on Ashley Young not called, once again the refereeing is confusing at best. This troupe of referees is really ruining the sport

  • Forest travel to Merseyside on the back of a more positive result, drawing 2-2 at home to Wolves to pick up their sixth point from their past five Premier League games (W1, D3) - they’d won only four from their first eight league games of 2024. However, form on the road remains their Achilles' heel, with three of their last four away league matches ending in defeat (D1)...Everton with the easy win here...#rispek

  • Very interesting match , the two clubs are fighting for relegation , BTTS for sure !!

  • BTTS, both teams have chances to avoid relegation if win the match, so they're gonna fight for that little hope, if you want some risk, you could add to the parlay the double chance for the NF (win or draw)

  • with no old boys at Conference League level Coleman and Young, then Everton have a chance, at least on draw no bet market.

  • @koziol.mutant Young starts, so draw.

  • Forest have scored on 7 of their last 8 EPL awaydays.
