- Rangers manager Philippe Clement named four changes from the Gers team that recorded a comfortable 3-0 victory at Easter Road against Hibernian, before a sole goal was enough to see off St Mirren in Paisley.
- Connor Goldson was suspended for the trip to the capital, so Leon Balogun joined John Souttar at the heart of the Gers defence but the veteran made way for the centre-back to return.
- Scott Wright and Dujon Sterling started on the right and left-hand side of midfield respectively, replacing Rabbi Matondo and Ross McCausland. Cyriel Dessers sealed the deal against Hibs and started at Fabio Silva's expense, proving the matchwinner at the weekend.
- Davie Martindale named four changes to the Livingston team that was hammered at home by Dundee as they lost 4-1 last weekend, before a 2-2 draw with relegation rivals Ross County in Livi's midweek match on Tuesday night.
- Jamie Brandon entered the Lions' defence, as they resorted to a back four, replacing Shaun Donnellan. Scott Pittman entered a four-man midfield, as Daniel MacKay - who saved Livi's skin against the Staggies - made way in midweek.
- Stephen Kelly supported Bruce Anderson in attack against Dundee. Both dropped onto the bench against County on Tuesday night as Kurtis Guthrie partnered Joel Nouble - who saw a transfer to Exeter City fall through - up front.
