Team News

Inter
Juventus
  • Hakan Calhanoglu and Nicolò Barella are ready to start on Sunday having rested last week due to suspension.
  • Adrien Rabiot and Federico Chiesa have been cleared to play and the former is more likely to start this weekend.
  • Arkadiusz Milik is suspended for this fixture having been sent off on Saturday.

Prediction

  • Inter regained the leadership in Serie A thanks to Lautaro's 19th goal of the season in a hard fought and controversial 1-0 win against Fiorentina that also featured a penalty save from Yann Sommer in the second half.
  • Dusan Vlahovic wasn't able to be Juventus' hero for the fourth league game in a row as Empoli's numerical advantage eventually paid off and the visitors held the Bianconeri to a 1-1 draw in Turin.
  • This is obviously the biggest game in Italy this weekend and perhaps the most important of the entire season as Inter could go four points clear at the top with a game in hand if they win. That's easier said than done and the recent clashes between these sides suggest that this could be a tight game, although it should feature more chances than the dull 1-1 draw both teams played out back in November.
