- Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers named just one change to the Celts side that clinched another derby day victory over Rangers, before a five-star display saw them hammer Kilmarnock in Ayrshire to claim the Scottish Premiership title.
- Liam Scales accompanied Cameron Carter-Vickers at the heart of the Hoops defence as Alistair Johnston and Greg Taylor continued at right-back and left-back respectively. Callum McGregor, Reo Hatate and Matt O'Riley carried on in midfield.
- Daizen Maeda and James Forrest supported Kyogo Furuhashi in attack against bitter rivals Rangers on Saturday at lunchtime. However, Adam Idah was given the nod against Killie and opened the scoring at Rugby Park after just five minutes.
- St Mirren manager Stephen Robinson named four changes to the Saints side as the Buddies were beaten 1-0 by Kilmarnock, before they were held at home by Hearts in a 2-2 draw in their midweek match on Wednesday night.
- Zach Hemming continued behind a back three of James Bolton and Alex Gogic who were joined by Richard Taylor instead of Marcus Fraser. Scott Tanser carried on at left wing-back, with Jaden Brown replacing Ryan Strain at right wing-back.
- Keanu Baccus took Caolan Boyd-Munce's spot in midfield, to join club captain Mark O'Hara. Conor McMenamin supported lone striker Mikael Mandron, joined by James Scott - who scored his first Saints goal - as opposed to Toyosi Olusanya.
