Prediction

  • Trabzonspor were beaten 4-3 by Galatasaray last time out. They were 3-2 up at one point and hang on to a draw until the stoppage time, but were undone by an own goal. Gunes is struggling with what can only be called a ridiculous number of injuries and his decision to banish four players to the reserves now seems to be made at a very wrong time. However, that they could take the game to the biggest title contenders away from home will have boosted the morale at the club and we might see strong performance from Trabzon here.
  • Bodrumspor were 2-0 winners against Sivasspor last time out. Neither team created a lot of chances and it was the side with better finishing skills that emerged victorious. Demirel will have his side defend very deep here and use counter-attacks to create troubles for Trabzon's two make-shift central defender.
  • Trabzonspor are crippled with injuries and yet this might be the best opportunity they get to turn their season around.
