Form Guide: England World Cup opponent ending season on a high

As the campaign draws to a close across Europe’s top five leagues, the form leaderboard is perhaps not as one might expect. Elsewhere in Ligue 1, there was a stellar display from Tunisian winger Naim Sliti, earning a WhoScored.com rating of 9.95 courtesy of a goal, five key passes and 11 dribbles against Guingamp. The 25-year-old is ending the campaign in fine form and will certainly be a player that the likes of England and Belgium need to be wary of this summer.

The biggest climber is Sassuolo forward Matteo Politano - up 36 places from 50th - with a fifth goal in his last six appearances, while Mainz centre-back Alexander Hack is a new qualifier having returned from injury to help the club steer clear of relegation with a shock victory over Dortmund.
