Wilfried Zaha also climbs into the top five having recently been named the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month, while Dimitri Payet completes the quintet having scored and registered an assist in victory over Nice.

Elsewhere in Ligue 1, there was a stellar display from Tunisian winger Naim Sliti, earning a WhoScored.com rating of 9.95 courtesy of a goal, five key passes and 11 dribbles against Guingamp. The 25-year-old is ending the campaign in fine form and will certainly be a player that the likes of England and Belgium need to be wary of this summer.

The biggest climber is Sassuolo forward Matteo Politano - up 36 places from 50th - with a fifth goal in his last six appearances, while Mainz centre-back Alexander Hack is a new qualifier having returned from injury to help the club steer clear of relegation with a shock victory over Dortmund.
