Bolton vs Fulham

With identical form over the last six games (W3 D0 L3) it is perhaps no surprise to see both sides equally priced at 2.62 to win.

No team has accrued fewer points on the road than Fulham, however, and going further back, they’ve won just five games in their last fifty Premier League fixtures away from Craven Cottage.

Up against a Bolton side fighting relegation, they should struggle. Martin Jol’s desire to shoehorn his best players into the starting XI at the expense of tactics has been evident recently, and it’s this that has led to their erratic results.

While Bolton look good to extend their run of wins from three to four, it’s best to err on the side of caution with Bolton 0 on the Asian Handicap (effectively Draw No Bet) at 1.925.

Also worth keeping an eye on are Bolton team goals. Wanderers have scored at least two goals in each of their last three games, and up against one of the poorest travelling sides in the league, they’re very backable at 2.37 for over 1.5 team goals.

Cesena vs Bologna

Rock bottom and destined for a return to Serie B, Cesena cut a forlorn and despondent figure; they are fourteen points from safety and have failed to score in six of their last seven games.

Bologna are eight points off relegation, but the same distance from Inter in 7th place. They are a side blessed with some excellent technical players, in particular Alessandro Diamanti and Gaston Ramirez, and it’s no surprise to see them as the Rossoblu’s highest-rated players.

Their form is not spectacular, but they should have more than enough to see of a side as poor as Cesena. 2.2 for Bologna to win seems a little large and should be taken advantage of.

Given how poor Cesena have been in front of goal, and Bologna’s decent defence (they’ve only conceded one more than third-placed Lazio) it may be worth investing in Bologna to win to nil at 3.2.

Espanyol vs Real Sociedad

Mauricio Pochettino may be being linked with the Valencia job, but the Argentine won’t let that distract him from the job he’s doing with Espanyol, and just two points off Europe, they’ll be fighting right up until the end of the season.

The visiting Basques have little to play for. Philippe Montanier finds his side equidistant between relegation and Europe, meaning that their season is likely to simply peter out.

Espanyol’s high-pressing 4-2-3-1 should really test a Sociedad side that is weak at the back. The WhoScored rating system rates Liassine Cadamuro and Ion Ansotegi as the worst defenders in the squad, and both are expected to start at Cornella, giving the home side a great chance.

Interestingly, Espanyol have been drawing at half time and winning at full time in their last three home games against La Real, so 4.75 for Draw HT / Espanyol FT is a good price for a repeat.
