#AccaAssemble is back this weekend ahead of another round of Premier League fixtures. Using three of the 3pm Kick Offs we have asked our twitter community to choose who they would like to see in their three fold. Over five thousand voters got involved in our polls and the games chosen were Everton vs Leeds, Chelsea vs Southampton and Nottingham Forest vs Man City.
We use Oddschecker to ensure that we get the best price in the market to create our very own acca and offer some rationale behind the picks below.
Everton vs Leeds – Everton to Win 31/20
Our first pick is for Everton to win all three points in their game against Leeds at Goodison Park on Saturday. The Toffees won their first game in ten attempts in Sean Dyche’s first game in charge and were beaten by local rivals Liverpool. This will be Dyche’s third game at the helm and he will be hoping for another win which would see his side move out of the relegation zone. Everton are undefeated in any of their last four match ups against Leeds.
Managerless Leeds are also desperate for a win as they sit one point above the drop zone. Leeds have failed to win their last nine Premier League fixtures and their last win in came way back at the start of November 2022. They have only registered four wins all season and will be desperate to get something out of this game against Everton.
Our voters have chosen to back Everton in this fixture with a resounding % of people picking the Toffees.
Chelsea vs Southampton – Chelsea to Win 2/5
In the second fixture, 59% of voters opted to side with Chelsea in this match up. Chelsea have drawn their last three in the league and have only managed to score four goals so far in 2023. They have assembled a new side since the January transfer window and are hoping it is sooner rather than later that it all clicks.
When these sides met earlier in the season, Southampton put in their second highest rated performance of this campaign with a WhoScored.com rating of 6.83 when they beat Chelsea 2-1 at St Mary’s. The Saints have only won one Premier League game in 2023 and have scored just one goal in their last three.

Nottingham Forest vs Man City – Man City to Win 33/100
Fresh from their victory against title rivals Arsenal, Man City are our final pick for our acca. 75% of voters sided with Pep’s side, who have had 20 more shots on target than any other team in the league this season. The currently sit top of the league on goal difference and beat Forest 6-0 the last time these two met in the league.
The reverse fixture was Nottingham Forest’s lowest rated performance of the season so far with a WhoScored.com rating of just 5.75. However, Forest have got quite a strong home record in the league this season and have only been beaten on three occasions and they will be hoping to capitalise on that form against Pep’s men.
