Germany vs Denmark Key Battle
Jamal Musiala has been one of the stars of the tournament so far. A WhoScored rating of 7.77 is the third best at Euro 2024 heading into the round-of-16 games, with the 21-year-old netting twice in his three outings. Only Jeremy Doku (13) has completed more dribbles than Musiala (9) so far and his performances down the right have been a delight so far.
With that in mind, Joakim Maehle may continue at left wing-back for Denmark against Germany. The 27-year-old came in for youngster Victor Kristiansen for the 0-0 draw with Serbia with the Bologna man struggling so far. Maehle plays his club football for Bundesliga side Wolfsburg, so his experience of the league may aid Denmark in Dortmund.
