Team News

Moreirense
Porto
  • Micael will come in for the suspended Marcelo Oliveira, while Sagna returns from suspension in the backline.
  • Ramirez is finally fit but should still be benched in order for Boateng to start up top.
  • Felipe is back from suspension and should be the only change in the squad.

Prediction

  • Moreirense need a better or equal result to Tondela's if they want to survive, but it'll be tough for them to get points here. They showed great character last week as they came back from 1-0 to tie with only 10 men on the pitch and earn an important point on the road. In the last eight home matches they've only lost twice, to Sporting and Benfica.
  • Porto are done for the season, with second spot wrapped up. Nuno is still under pressure from the board though, who are undecided as to the coach's future. They've drawn 5 of the last 8, which led to the end of their title bid, having dropped points on 9 occasions on the road.
  • Porto's 4-1 last weekend showed positives, but Moreirense beat them at home already this season in the League Cup - and I think the home side might get something out of this one.

  • Sometimes its so difficult to understand this site`s predictions on one hand the correct score would be 0-0 yet on the other hand you are predicting tjat Porto will score twice.
