Team News

Aldosivi
Boca Juniors
  • Alan Ruiz is suspended and Denis Stracqualursi is injured, and so Aldosivi hope to have Cristian Chavez back available in attack.
  • Dardo Miloc also misses out after a fifth yellow card and Fernando Godoy is an option in the midfield.
  • Emanuel Iniguez and Ivan Colman are doubts and Nahuel Yeri will presumably be in line should the right-back not be fit.
  • In between crucial Copa Libertadores matches, Boca are expected to make several changes for the visit to Mar del Plata.
  • Youngsters Nicolas Capaldo and Brandon Cortes have been included in squads this season, but could start on Saturday.
  • Fit-again Frank Fabra and Kevin Mac Allister could start in the full-back positions.

Prediction

  • Defeat last week to Atletico Tucuman means it is one win in six now for Aldosivi and that one victory was the only games that El Tiburon managed a goal. Aldosivi have comfortably avoided relegation this season, but are now showing that kind of form and must be careful ahead of next season.
  • With at least third place sewn up, Boca's full focus is the Copa Libertadores and after defeat away to Athletico Paranaense in the week, the next group game is absolutely vital. For that reason, the final game of the Superliga is nothing more than a distraction and Gustavo Alfaro will look to rest as many of this first team as possible.
  • Boca won 4-0 here last season but will be well below strength on Saturday. That will give Aldosivi some hope, but Boca should still have enough.
