Team News
Hoffenheim
Eintracht Frankfurt
- First choice keeper Oliver Baumann has recovered from the flu and will play in goal.
- Sebastian Rudy and Christoph Baumgartner are both struggling to shake off muscle injuries, while Robert Skov will not play again this year because of a thigh injury.
- Pavel Kaderabek is still feeling an ankle injury and is unlikely to start, but Andrej Kramaric will likely be in the XI as he chases his 100th competitive goal for Hoffenheim.
- Ermin Bicakcic is still out from ACL trouble, but Benjamin Hubner is back in the squad after 14 months out.
- Marco John has suffered a shoulder injury and is ruled out for several weeks.
- Coach Oliver Glasner is unlikely to make too many changes to a side that have picked up in recent weeks.
- Goncalo Paciencia is over his thigh problem and is good option from the bench, while Christopher Lenz nears a return from a muscle injury.
I'm Interested to see how this one turns out, Frankfurt have been solid on the counter attack in recent matches and being at home I could see Hoffenheim really coming forward to score and giving Frankfurt just what they want. Kramaric of course looking for that 100th club goal. Frankfurt double chance looks like good value in this spot, important to remember both teams are inconsistent.
