Team News

Man Utd
Crystal Palace
  • The home side could be without as many as 13 players for Saturday's clash.
  • The likes of Scott McTominay, Sergio Reguilon and Christian Eriksen have been suffering with illness, while Lisandro Martinez will be assessed before playing a part.
  • Alejandro Garnacho could keep his place in the starting XI here, after opening the scoring against Palace on Tuesday evening in the Carabao Cup.
  • Sofyan Amrabat impressed in his first start for the club in midweek, and could also retain his spot.
  • Crystal Palace could be without as many as nine players for the trip to Old Trafford.
  • Dean Henderson was forced off through injury in the midweek cup fixture between the same two sides on Tuesday.

Prediction

  • Manchester United made it back to back wins and clean sheets in midweek with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Saturday's visitors.
  • The home side picked up three points at Burnley last time out in the Premier League, which saw them move into ninth place.
  • Crystal Palace were held to a goalless draw at home to Fulham in their last league outing, and currently sit just a point behind their opponents at the weekend.
  • Erik ten Hag's side looked to have found some rhythm in midweek, and with a full strength side, should secure all three points in this one.

  • Manchester will win %

  • 3-0 united

  • They bought Amrabat for a winger position? What the hell is wrong with United.

  • @Gewoonmoi he plays as a left-back, then a central defender and midfielder. Exchanging those positions with Lindelof or even Bruno. Seems they have no alternative when Regulion is out there, not to mention Shaw, and Malacia.

  • Aside from Bruno Fernandes, and Casemiro (in his prime, not now), I strongly doubt any of these overpaid wimps would make an Alex Ferguson bench.

  • United have suffered a crippling injury list in recent weeks with no fewer than 16 players out of action since pre-season.

  • @Marbella What is this injury list you all keep talking about? Martial, Antony (oh well that one was busy injuring others), Shaw, etc. etc… None of those guys are competitive enough to play for United, unless ofcourse United has finally decided to settle foe mid-table status.

  • @galoise Shaw is actually good enough

  • Man Utd getting their 12th consecutive home draw in the domestic cups not suspicious at all. Easy home win for FA...sorry Man Utd
