- Interim Ross County boss Don Cowie named two changes to the Staggies side that lost 2-0 to Dundee at Dens Park the weekend before last, before a huge three points in a 3-2 victory over relegation rivals Livingston on Saturday.
- Ryan Leak and Michee Efete continued alongside Loick Ayina in the back three. Josh Reid and Teddy Jenks - who replaced James Brown - started at left wing-back and right wing-back respectively.
- Victor Loturi and Max Sheaf continued in midfield. Yan Dhanda was absent through injury, so Jordan White joined Eamonn Brophy - who bagged a brace against Livi - and Simon Murray in attack. Josh Sims netted the winner so is pushing to start as a result.
- Stephen Robinson named two changes to the St Mirren side that fell to a sole-goal defeat away at Livingston in the Scottish Premiership the weekend before last, before the Buddies bounced back with a 2-0 win over St Johnstone in Paisley.
