Team News

Girona
Feyenoord
  • Girona have a clean bill of health ahead of Wednesday's welcome of Feyenoord.
  • With Santiago Gimenez absent, Ayase Ueda is set to lead the line at Girona.
  • Bart Nieuwkoop and Calvin Stengs join Gimenez on the sidelines, while Quilindschy Hartman will be assessed.

Prediction

  • Girona held Celta Vigo to a 1-1 draw over the weekend and while they are now unbeaten in two; the Spanish are winless in five in all competitions.
  • Feyenoord aren't faring much better, with the Dutch side winning only one of their last five. That said, their sole defeat in that run was a 4-0 mauling at the hands of Bayer Leverkusen.
  • With Girona struggling in front of goal and Feyenoord unable to call upon Santiago Gimenez, a low scoring draw is possible.

  • Girona is actually awful (at the moment). What a mistakes they are making. Second mistake from the goalie. He makes it up this time by saving the penalty

  • @StickandMove Girona has gifted Feyenoord 2 goals, almost 3. Not sure what the home team is up to. But they will have to step up. They still have Portu, Stuani and Abel Ruiz on the bench who can score goal. Feyenoord will have space on the break and with a solid counter attack they easily can score. Over 1.5 goals in 2nd half. Shout out to the one and only bot @FF2021

  • @StickandMove Girona defence more shaky than a McDonalds milkshake!

  • under 3.5

  • Daley Blind is OUT for this game. Two teams here that resultwise are not in their best phase. Girona should be slight favourites with the home advantage. 2-1
