Tottenham target not keen on capital switch

Wilfried Zaha has moved to dampen speculation linking him with a transfer away from Crystal Palace amidst rumours of a switch to Tottenham.

The Ivory Coast international is a long-term target for the north London side, who have been considering a summer move for Zaha.

The Eagles are keen to retain the 25-year-old, who has seven league goals to his name this season, including a brace in a 3-2 win over rivals Brighton last time out.

Palace have lost every Premier League game Zaha, who has four years left to run on his current deal at Selhurst Park, hasn’t started this term, yet has moved to allay fears he could leave the summer in search of Champions League football.

"Crystal Palace is my home town and the support we have here is genuine support with families watching with their kids loving us as players so I don’t really see myself anywhere else,” Zaha is quoted as saying by the Independent.

"I am enjoying my football here and just focused on us being a stable club and not having to listen to all the speculation about us getting relegated.”
