Toronto FC foward Sebastian Giovinco has played down a possible switch to Barcelona in January.
The La Liga champions have been linked with a move for the Italian, who they see as an ideal acquisition to provide back up for attackers Luis Suarez, Neymar and Lionel Messi.
However, Giovinco has poured cold water over any reports linking him with a move to Camp Nou next month.
"Me to Barca? With the three greatest forwards in history, it would be impossible to play," he told TodoMercadoWeb.es.
The 28-year-old was in fine form for Toronto in MLS last season, gaining a better WhoScored rating (7.75) than any other player.
