Contrary to reports, Manchester United have not made an approach for Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
The England international enjoyed a prolific campaign for the north London side, netting 21 league goals; only Sergio Agüero (26) scored more.
Such form saw Kane linked with a move to United, though Spurs are understandably keen to hold onto the 21-year-old.
However, suggestions that Louis van Gaal’s side have made a move for Kane are rumoured to be wide of the mark.
The young Spurs frontman started each of England’s three European U21 Championship matches this summer, yet failed to find the back of the net for the Three Lions.
