Tottenham are interested in signing Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Sissoko, 27, has been pushing for a move all summer after Newcastle were relegated to the Championship last summer.
The France international has been linked with a move to Arsenal and Real Madrid already this summer but Tottenham have now entered the race, as Mauricio Pochettino desperately looks to add two or three new faces to the squad.
Newcastle have been demanding in excess of £30m for the energetic midfielder but Tottenham will not pay any more than £20m.
Since August 2012 only Eden Hazard (785) has attempted more dribbles in the Premier League than Sissoko (577).
