Valencia winger Sofiane Feghouli has revealed holding talks with Barcelona, but insists he is happy with life at the Mestalla Stadium.
Feghouli’s contract is due to expire in the summer and the Algeria international has been touted as a possible replacement for Pedro at the La Liga champions.
“My agent has been in contact with Barcelona,” he told La Dauphine.
“However, I’m only focused on playing and doing well in [Valencia’s] next matches.
“Talks are under way [with Valencia over a renewal]. I feel comfortable here and have expressed a desire to stay.”
No Valencia player is averaging more key passes per game than Feghouli in La Liga this season (2.5).
