Jose Mourinho has comically refuted speculation that Chelsea are set to make a move for Juventus' Paul Pogba.
Pogba has been strongly linked with moves to Barcelona and Manchester City this summer, though recent reports suggested the Blues had leapt to the front of the queue to secure the Frenchman's services.
However, Mourinho has insisted the Premier League champions will not move for Pogba in the transfer window.
"I think everybody has an interest in [Paul] Pogba. But there are things you can do and things you cannot do," he is quoted as saying in the Daily Mirror.
"I love the Eiffel Tower but I can’t have the Eiffel Tower in my garden. I can’t even have the Eiffel Tower of Las Vegas."
Interest in Pogba across the continent comes as little shock. Indeed, only Franco Vázquez (7.74) gained a better WhoScored rating than Pogba (7.67) in Serie A last season.
