The agent of Wesley Sneijder has denied the former Inter midfielder is in talks to join rivals Milan.
Sneijder, 32, has entered the final two years of his existing deal with Turkish giants Galatasaray and has been linked with a shock move to Milan as Vincenzo Montella seeks reinforcements in January as they push for a European finish.
The Netherlands international has endured time at Galatasaray of late, but his agent, Guido Albers, has dismissed suggestions he will leave in January to return to one of Europe’s big leagues.
“Milan? Wesley has a contract until June 2018,” Albers told FCInter1908, via Football Italia. “He hasn’t spoken to any club in the world about leaving Galatasaray.”
The Dutchman spent four years with Inter before joining Galatasaray in 2013 where he lifted the Champions League in 2010 along with the Serie A title the same year.
In the last three Turkish Super Lig seasons only Cicinho (159) and Mehmet Ekici (140) have created more chances than Sneijder (133).
