West Ham have announced they have reach an agreement to sign Valencia winger Sofiane Feghouli.
Feghouli, 26, will join the Hammers when his contract with Valencia expires at the end of this month after agreeing a three-year deal with Slaven Bilic’s side.
The Algeria international, who has previously been linked with Manchester United, was out of favour at Valencia last season but is rearing to go with West Ham going forward into the Olympic Stadium.
“I am very happy to sign for the Hammers and for Slaven Bilic,” Feghouli told West Ham’s official website. “The history of the club is important for me in my decision.
“Playing in the Premier League is very important for players in their careers and I am happy to play for the Hammers.
Feghouli only started 13 games for Valencia last season and hasn’t completed a full 90-minute match since March. Nevertheless, only Daniel Parejo (1.3) created more key passes per game for Valencia in the league last season than Feghouli (1.2).
