Luis Suarez says he wants to finish his career with Barcelona.
Luis Enrique’s side paid £75m for Suarez’s services after the 2014 World Cup and the striker has established himself into one of the best strikers in the world.
The Uruguay international has formed a prolific relationship with Lionel Messi and Neymar at Barcelona and wants to spend the rest of his career at the Camp Nou.
“I hope I can finish my career at Barca,” Suarez said at his presentation for finishing as last season’s top goalscorer in La Liga.
“I have fought a lot in my life and since coming to Barca I am trying to enjoy it, be happy and win trophies.”
Suarez has scored 62 goals in 70 league appearances for Barcelona; only Cristiano Ronaldo (85) and Lionel Messi (74) have scored more in that time.
