Manchester United manager makes decision on Pogba's future
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has decided he is ready to sell Paul Pogba this summer, reports The Daily Mail.
Pogba has fallen out of favour under Mourinho since the turn of the year and his future has been cast into doubt as a result.
The Red Devils made Pogba the most expensive player of all-time in 2016 but the France international has failed to fulfil his potential.
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola sensationally revealed Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola offered the Frenchman to him in January.
The 25-year-old has been subbed off in four of his last eight matches for United and now Mourinho is ready to discard his No.6 at the end of the season.
Real Madrid were in the running to sign Pogba at the time the Frenchman opted to return to Old Trafford but may have cooled their interest since then.
After shelling out in the region of £89m to sign Pogba from Juventus, it remains to be seen whether United will be able to recoup their original investment.
Despite a blip in form, Pogba has played a direct hand in 14 Premier League goals in 22 appearances (five goals, nine assists).
