City striker to end disappointing spell at the Etihad
Wilfried Bony is set to end his Manchester City nightmare with a move to Galatasaray, reports the Sun.
Bony moved to the Etihad Stadium 18 months ago, but failed to replicate his Swansea City form, netting just six Premier League goals following his move to Manchester.
New manager Pep Guardiola is now willing to allow Bony to leave the club this summer, with Turkish giants Galatasaray willing to pay £3m to take him on loan for the season.
Swansea are keen on bringing Bony back to the Liberty Stadium as they look to bolster their attacking options, but appear to be behind Galatasaray in the race to sign the 27-year-old.
The Turkish giants would then be in pole position to sign Bony permanently next summer, provided they can stump up the necessary funds.
