Real Madrid, Juventus and Manchester United in for Netherlands international
Real Madrid, Juventus and Manchester United are set to lock horns for the signature of Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek this summer, claims Mundo Deportivo.
Ajax will not stand in Van de Beek's way of leaving the club this summer and the Netherlands international will be able to choose who he joins.
Madrid are considered the clear favourites for the 23-year-old and reportedly even agreed personal terms last year.
Van de beek was valued in the region of €50m (£43.7m) prior to the coronavirus pandemic but now transfer fees are widely expected to tumble.
United are understood to still be monitoring Van de Beek's future at Ajax despite signing Bruno Fernandes in January, while Juventus are a little further back in the queue.
The 23-year-old was tipped to leave Ajax last summer along with former team-mates Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt but he ultimately remained in Amsterdam.
Since the beginning of last season, Van de Beek has impressively contributed 17 goals and 15 assists in the league from central midfield.
