PSG line up swap deal for Arsenal's Guendouzi

French outfit PSG are readying an offer for Arsenal youngster Matteo Guendouzi, which would see Julian Draxler swap Paris for London, reports L'Equipe via The Daily Mirror.

Guendouzi fell out with Gunners boss Mikel Arteta last year and was then loaned to Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin in October.

The 21-year-old's performances in the Bundesliga, though, have caught the eye, with PSG supposedly prepared to bring the midfielder to the French capital.

And to sweeten the deal, PSG are prepared to offer Draxler in return as they seek to get the German off their books.

The 27-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and will be departing the Parc des Princes when his current deal expires.

However, PSG are willing to move Draxler on this month and are hoping Arsenal will take them up on their January offer.

Draxler will have one eye on this summer's rescheduled European Championship and a lack of game time could well impact his chances of selection in the Germany national side.

The attacking midfielder has made just five league starts this season and PSG's pursuit of Dele Alli suggests that figure is unlikely to rise between now and May.
