Manchester United are sweating on the fitness of star forward Anthony Martial who could miss their last two games of the season with a hamstring injury, reports The Daily Telegraph.
Martial, 20, was a late withdrawal from the starting XI that was due to face Norwich at the weekend and his slight hamstring injury problem has raised fears he may be absent for their two remaining matches of the season.
United, who can still secure fourth place if they win their last two league fixtures, will face West Ham on Tuesday night before hosting Bournemouth on the final day of the season and it would be a huge blow to get through those matches without their top goalscorer.
Louis van Gaal is reportedly fearful of aggravating the problem into a serious injury before the FA Cup final later this month but that could come at the expense of United finishing in the top-four.
Martial has scored more league goals than any other United player this season in all competitions (15) and is the club's highest rated player in the Premier League from those to have made more than five appearances this seaso (7.21).
