Everton are ready to make a formal approach for Manchester United duo Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin, reports the Telegraph.
The pair are expected to depart United next month having fallen out of favour with manager Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho on Friday confirmed that Schneiderlin has requested to leave United next month, with West Brom supposedly prepared to make a £15m move for the France international.
The Baggies would face stiff competition from Everton in the race to sign Schneiderlin, while Tottenham could also explore the possibility of bringing the midfielder to White Hart Lane to reunite with Mauricio Pochettino.
Memphis has also struggled for United this season having registered just 20 minutes of Premier League action, with the Dutchman not featuring in the Premier League since the 0-0 draw with Burnley back in October.
Everton boss Ronald Koeman is eager to strengthen his attacking options in the wake of Yannick Bolasie’s season-ending injury and is keen on his compatriot.
The Toffees are now set to make a formal bid for the duo in their bid to strengthen accordingly.
