Juventus rekindle interest in Manchester United star Pogba

Juventus have rekindled their interest in Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, claims Sky Italy.

Pogba left Juventus to re-join United in 2016 but has been heavily linked with a move back to Turin ever since.

The 2018 World Cup winner is keen to leave United this summer and join a club capable of challenging for major honours.

Real Madrid are the frontrunners to sign Pogba but now face competition from the Old Lady.

Juventus have reportedly approached Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, about a summer deal and the midfielder is open to a move back to Italy.

United want to keep Pogba and will only listen to offers well in excess of £100m, which may price both Juventus and Madrid out of a deal.

Pogba enjoyed his best ever campaign in front of goal last season after netting 13 league goals but his performances divided opinion among supporters.

Only Eden Hazard (14), Mohamed Salah and Raheem Sterling (both eight) won the WhoScored Man of the Match award more times than Pogba (seven) in the Premier League last season.
