Inter’s new owners the Suning Holding’s Group want to sign Barcelona striker Luis Suarez, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, via Marca.
Suarez, 29, has been one of the best strikers in the world since moving from Liverpool to Barcelona for £70m in 2014.
The Uruguay international still has three years remaining on his existing deal but Inter’s ambitious owners want to sign the Barcelona ace as they look to revamp the current squad and take them back to the summit of European football.
Suarez has scored a staggering 61 goals in 69 league appearances for Barcelona since joining for a near world record fee.
