Chelsea and Manchester United stars on Real Madrid’s radar

Real Madrid have identified Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea as their number one replacement for Keylor Navas, though have also lined up Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois, according to Goal.com.

Real Madrid are in the market for a new goalkeeper with De Gea their priority target in the summer, though Courtois, Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak and AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma have also been lined up for the Spanish giants.

Los Blancos were hoping to sign Kepa from Athletic Club in January, only for the 23-year-old to pledge his allegiance to the Basque side by penning a new contract.

Navas remains Real Madrid’s number one, but could find his place compromised should the European champions land any of their four top goalkeeping targets.

De Gea is the priority for Real Madrid, with the Manchester United man under contract at Old Trafford until 2019, though United are looking to tie him down to a new long-term deal.

Courtois, too, is contracted to Chelsea until 2019, and while the Blues are keen to extend the Belgian’s stay at Stamford Bridge, he is yet to agree terms on a new deal with the defending Premier League champions.

Real Madrid were linked with a move for Donnarumma last summer, but the Italian youngster elected to sign a new deal with the Serie A side, while Atletico would be reluctant to lose Oblak to their cross-town rivals.
