Real Madrid have announced Luka Modric has signed a new four-year deal keeping him at the club until 2020.
Modric, 31, has developed into a key player for Madrid since joining from Tottenham in 2012.
The Croatia international had entered the final two years of his previous deal but the European champions have now succeeded in securing his long-term future for his best remaining years.
Of players to have attempted at least 100 dribbles in the last five La Liga campaigns Modric has done so with the best success (74.5%).
