Tottenham have first refusal over Saido Berahino this summer, reports the Sunday People.
West Brom have resisted the tempation to sell the youngster in the last two windows, despite significant interest from Spurs, Newcastle and Stoke City.
However, while Baggies chairman Jeremy Peace has previously been keen to avoid negotiations with Tottenham, he is willing to allow the north London side to jump to the front of queue for Berahino's signature.
Spurs were willing to allow Alex Pritchard to move to the Hawthorns until the end of the season, which is believed to have eased relations between both parties.
And it is thought Spurs will return for Berahino in the summer, despite Newcastle's strong interest in the 22-year-old.

I don't even want Spurs to bring him in now. He's had a bad attitude where he is, will likely have a bad attitude if he goes to Spurs.
