Chelsea turn attention to Atalanta ace in pursuit of new left-back
Chelsea have turned their attention to Atalanta's Robin Gosens in their pursuit of a left-back, reports 90Min.
The Blues are looking to bring in a new left-back in the off-season and have been linked with a host of defenders.
Their push to strengthen has led them to Gosens, who is supposedly available for around £25m.
However, Chelsea aren't the only side interested in the 25-year-old, with French side Lyon and Italian giants Inter monitoring Gosens' situation in Italy.
Blues boss Frank Lampard has ample left-back options in the squad, but has been disappointed by the performances of Marcos Alonso and Emerson as he seeks to improve his squad.
Leicester's Ben Chilwell has also been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, but would cost significantly more than Gosens, while Alex Telles is another left-back supposedly courted by the Premier League giants.
Gosens has been impressive from the left for Atalanta this season having scored seven goals and provided five assists across 22 league outings for the exciting Serie A side.
