Juventus have clause to buy back Manchester United midfielder

Juventus have a clause that would allow Paul Pogba to return to Turin from Manchester United for just €60m, reports L’Equipe via Football Italia.

The Frenchman left Juventus for United in 2016 for a then world record fee of £89m, but is reported to still have a soft spot for the Serie A side.

Jose Mourinho has elected to drop Pogba in recent weeks, notably in their 0-0 draw with Sevilla in midweek, though he replaced Ander Herrera in the first half in Spain.

Reports of late suggest Pogba is no longer happy in Manchester and is pining for an Old Trafford exit at the end of the season, with Real Madrid and PSG also interested.

However, Juventus could elect to re-sign Pogba for just €60m, should the clause prove to be true.

Despite rumours of discontent, United would be reluctant to sell the 24-year-old, who has scored three and registered nine assists in the Premier League this season to return a WhoScored rating of 7.51.

In his final season with Juventus, Pogba scored eight and assisted 12 in 35 Serie A appearances.
