West Ham United have confirmed the acquisition of Angelo Ogbonna from Serie A giants Juventus.
The centre-back signed for the Hammers on Friday for an undisclosed fee and brings an end to his two-year stay in Turin.
"I am delighted to have joined the Club. I wanted to play in the Premier League and am happy to be in London. My heart told me that the right decision was to play for West Ham United," the 27-year-old told the club's official website.
"I cannot wait to start working under Mr [Slaven] Bilic and with my new teammates. I feel ready for this new adventure."
Ogbonna put pen to paper on a four-year deal and is the second player to arrive at Upton Park from Serie A after Pedro Obiang joined West Ham from Sampdoria earlier this summer.
