Napoli consider January move for Manchester United target
Napoli are interested in making a January swoop for Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura, reports Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Serie A giants are determined to bolster their offensive options this month and are waiting to hear whether they have been successful in signing Bologna attacker Simone Verdi.
Napoli are concerned that Verdi will not join them this month and Maurizio Sarri is already considering alternatives, with Moura at the top of his wish list.
The 25-year-old is free to leave PSG this month but the Ligue 1 giants are struggling to find suitors willing to meet their demands, with Napoli keen on securing an initial loan move.
Napoli are reportedly willing to put down a €3m loan fee with an option to make the move permanent in the summer for a further €25m (£22.2m).
Moura has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United this month, but Jose Mourinho’s side have now turned their attentions to signing Arsenal wantaway Alexis Sanchez.
In the last four Ligue 1 campaigns, Moura has completed more dribbles than any other player (264).
