Chelsea are willing to sell Thibaut Courtois this summer amid fears he could leave for nothing in 12 months, reports The Daily Telegraph.
Courtois has entered the final year of his existing Chelsea deal and has given no clear indication whether he wants to renew with the Premier League giants.
The 26-year-old is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the world and has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid in the last 12 months.
Madrid are on the market for a new goalkeeper this summer and have now been given encouragement in a deal to prise Courtois back to Europe.
Rather than lose Courtois for free in 12 months, Chelsea would be willing to sell the Belgium international if they receive offers in excess of £50m.
Chelsea have already earmarked Roma star Alisson, who has also been linked to Madrid and Liverpool this summer, as Courtois' replacement.
In the last two Premier League campaigns, only Manchester United ace David De Gea (32) has kept more clean sheets than Courtois (31).
