Chelsea turn down outrageous offer from China for Brazilian
Chelsea rejected a mouth-watering £75m bid for Oscar from Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning, reveals the Daily Telegraph.
Jiangsu already signed Ramires from Chelsea £28m last month and completed a deal to sign Liverpool target Alex Teixeira for £38m on Thursday.
The Chinese Super League is the fastest growing league in the world with the likes of Jackson Martinez, Fredy Guarin and Gervinho also flocking for pastures new.
Chelsea are currently languishing in 13th in the Premier League and there have previously been murmurs on Oscar’s future laying away from Stamford Bridge.
However, only Diego Costa (10) has scored more goals than Oscar (8) in all competitions for Chelsea this season.
