Barcelona have identified Chelsea manager Antonio Conte as the man to replace outgoing Luis Enrique, reports the Sunday Express.
Enrique will leave Barcelona at the end of the season and will hope to bow out on a high with the La Liga title and Copa Del Rey up for grabs.
The Spanish giants have been linked with a host of names to replace the former midfielder at the Camp Nou helm, including Jorge Sampaoli and Laurent Blanc.
However, Barcelona could now look to pursue Conte in a bid to improve their chances of securing their spot as Europe’s top team.
The Italian has excelled in his debut season at Stamford Bridge, with the Blues now just two wins away from landing the Premier League title.
Conte has also guided Chelsea to the final of the FA Cup and his exploits have not gone unnoticed, with Barcelona weighing up the possibility of moving for the Blues manager at the end of the season.
Chelsea are keen to tie Conte down to a new deal, with a long-term contract in the offing, but Barcelona will now hope to lure him to Spain in the summer.
