PSV Eindhoven have announced Luuk de Jong has signed a new one-year contract extension keeping him at the club until 2020.
De Jong, 25, still had four years remaining on his existing deal but the former Newcastle striker has been rewarded for his fine goalscoring form last season that fired PSV to a successful defence of their league title.
The Netherlands international has scored more league goals in the last two Dutch top-flight campaigns than any other player (46).
