Forward could follow Allegri to Arsenal

Arsenal will look to sign Paulo Dybala from Juventus if they can convince Max Allegri to take over from Arsene Wenger, reports the Daily Express.

Wenger is widely expected to depart the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season, with the Gunners drawing up possible replacements for the Frenchman.

Allegri is the favourite to succeed Wenger in north London and the Express reports that the Italian boss will aim to take Dybala with him to Arsenal.

The Argentine is one of the most sought after forwards on the continent, with Barcelona and Real Madrid both keen on securing his services.

However, a potential sticking point is Juventus’ rumoured asking price, which currently stands at £75m.

The 23-year-old striker has struggled for regular game time this season, yet has eight goals and five assists to his name this term, returning a WhoScored rating of 7.52.
