Tottenham and Chelsea have been told they will need to pay at least £25m to prise Championship star James Maddison from Norwich this summer, claims The Daily Mirror.
Maddison has been one of the best players in the Championship this season and Norwich are bracing themselves for interest from some of the biggest clubs in the country in the summer.
Tottenham and Chelsea are leading the race to sign the 21-year-old at the end of season but Norwich are not interested in letting the attacking midfielder go for cheap.

The Canaries are hopeful that any side interested in signing Maddison will have to make the England Under-21 international one of the most expensive players in Championship history.
