Tottenham are set to rekindle their interest in Mainz forward Yunus Malli in the summer, according to The Daily Mail.
Malli was subject to an enquiry from Spurs in the January transfer window and the Turkey international is reportedly back on Mauricio Pochettino’s shopping list for the summer.
Mainz have valued the 24-year-old at £10m and Spurs are willing to match that valuation as they look to bolster their squad for Champions League football next season.
Malli, who predominately features behind the striker but can also lead the line, has just over two years remaining on his current deal with the Bundesliga outfit.
The Mainz frontman is enjoying his most prolific season to date, having already scored four more goals this season (10) than any other league campaign before. Not only that, but he has also completed more dribbles than any other teammate in the Bundesliga this season (54).
