PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot has revealed his ambition to play in the Premier Leaguer one day, admitting that he would “love” to ply his trade in England’s top tier.
Rabiot has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in the past, with Arsenal and Tottenham mooted as potential destinations for the young PSG star.
The 22-year-old is a key man under Unai Emery having started all eight league games for the Ligue 1 title favourites this season.
However, Rabiot has revealed that he hopes to one day play in England and that he was a big Liverpool fan when he was younger.
"There are a lot of very good leagues. It's also enriching to go elsewhere, but for the moment I'm happy at PSG,” he told French outlet RMC radio.
“I would love to play in the Premier League. There's not necessarily any club in particular, even though when I was young I was a big Liverpool fan."
Rabiot added that he still feels he can continue to improve as a player, adding: "For a box-to-box midfielder, it's essential to be decisive. I could also make progress in terms of my aerial game in front of goal. There are a lot of things, but I feel that I'm making progress."
