Team News

Newcastle
Arsenal
  • Emil Krafth remains sidelined with an injury.
  • Allan Saint-Maximin didn't feature against Everton and is again a doubt.
  • Sean Longstaff is a doubt for this one and Jamaal Lascelles will also miss out with the defender ruled out with a calf injury, with Howe saying it could be his season over as a result.
  • Ryan Fraser continues to train with the U21's.
  • Takehiro Tomiyasu and Mohamed Elneny both remain sidelined with injury.
  • Gabriel came off against Chelsea and is a doubt for the trip to Newcastle.
  • William Saliba continues to be ruled out with a back injury.

Prediction

  • Still challenging for the title, Arsenal travel to St James Park to play Newcastle in arguably the hardest game remaining for them.
  • Newcastle look set to claim a Champions League spot alongside their North London opponents on Sunday, and whilst stranger things have happened, both look set to remain in their table positions through to the end of the season. Three straight wins for the Geordies have all but secured their top four spot.
  • Arsenal, however, ended a four game winless run against out of form Chelsea but their struggles might continue away at St James Park. The Magpies have blown away all that has stood before them this season, and hit Arsenal's North London rivals for six. The Gunners are still within a chance of the title, but it is out of their hands, being a point behind Man City having played a game more.

  • Arsenal win as expected

  • Newcastle not using wings and not making corners. Strange by them

  • Odegaard has had a foul - why is it not showing?

  • @Ryz677 Ask OPTA

  • Newcastle have named 2 strikers.Should be a very attacking game.

  • 2-2

  • My VPN is playing up so finding it hard to access uk bookies.I need the VPN due to the strict Spanish gambling laws.

  • @Marbella communists on fire

  • @koziol.mutant communists xD

  • Newcastle 6-1 Arsenal You can do it As you did to spurs.

  • What if this game end 0-0

  • hail of corners

  • Newcastle will win after going 2 down before half time...

  • 0-3

  • Newcastle to win

  • Arsenal to win this game as there’s not as much pressure on them.

  • If Kiwior starts it is 3-2

  • @koziol.mutant what's Kiwior got to do with it? He's a good player. You always criticize Polish players and it's becoming funny. And Zinchenko is one of the best transfers this year.

  • @wilde Kiwior is a good prospect, but prone to mistakes, Zinchenko is a proven goal-gifter along with Rob Holding. I am just objective.

  • @koziol.mutant anyway you weren't right about the result

  • @koziol.mutant everyone thinks they're objective, but you always have something bad to say about polish players. Please remind me when did zinchenko gift a goal (which happens from time to time to everyone)

  • @koziol.mutant forgot Zinchenko a goal-gifter

  • 1-0 to the toon. I think it will be a very tight gaæme

  • Newcastle DNB @ 1.85 Odds

  • 1-1
